Leslie has loved following Karen on Instagram (instagram.com/choosing_to_reset) for her encouraging and positive posts. Her daily greeting of, “Well, good morning, friends!” has become something to look forward to each morning. Leslie was inspired to create the “Well, Good Morning, Friends” art as a “happy” for Karen to thank her for the daily inspiration. (If you don’t know what a “happy” is, don’t feel bad! Leslie didn’t either when she moved from Texas to Mississippi in the eighth grade. Folks in Mississippi call small gifts that make someone happy….”happies”. Isn’t that cute?)

After sharing the art with Karen, other followers loved the art and inquired about decals, mugs and tee shirts with the greeting art. Feeling as this was just all a bit of kismet, Leslie is offering these items for sale and donating the proceeds to Karen’s favorite cause – the educational foundation for her local school district (link below!). Since Leslie has spent the last many years helping all sorts of school groups raise money through selling items like tees, ornaments and decals, it seems that this was all just meant to be.

So, if you’re buying a “Well, Good Morning, Friends” item, each time you wear, use or see it, you’ll know you’ve helped a cause near and dear to Karen — and you’ve touched the lives of children in her area. Leslie will keep Karen updated on sales and donation amounts. All donations will be made in the names of Leslie’s grandparents, Mary & Whip Jantzen, who were life-long educators!
