This special offering is all about helping the Landers Family. Love for Dahlia, Wayne, and Amelia reaches far and wide so there is an entire HOPE COLLECTION to choose from….from tees and free decals to prints and encouraging stationery.
Karen Bonner, a former teacher who worked at Oak Grove Primary for many years with Dahlia, contacted Leslie about the idea of a fundraiser for the Landers’ — offering items centered around the verses Lamentations 3:22-23.
As Leslie started visualizing the designs, looking at the context of the verses, HOPE comes in to view as one of the prevailing themes from chapter three of Lamentations. Through hardships and blessings, tragedies and good times, we can HOPE in the Lord because of his steadfast love that never comes to an end, his mercies that are new every morning, and his faithfulness that is so great.
So many are praying for the Landers, and Leslie’s prayer is that these verses wash over the Landers’ family as waves wash onto beachy shores – and that the LOVE, HOPE, and FAITHFULNESS of the Lord remains prominent in their minds.
